Step 1: Create a gratitude sheet
Get an A4 sheet and draw a vertical line in the middle.

Step 2: Columns
Divide your sheet in two columns.
- Write: I AM GRATEFUL FOR (on the left)
- Write: WHAT HAVE I LEARNED (on the right)
Step 3: Take note
Write the experiences you are grateful for and the lessons you've learned from them.
Start by filling out a new sheet of paper every day and compare the previous ones.
Gratitude provides us with a clearer perspective on our life.
