It's easy to ignore the small moments that shape our lives.

However,...developing an attitude of gratitude can change our point of view and increase our success rate.

Why?

Because grateful minds have more inner peace and clarity.

Inner clarity = more focus = recognise  opportunities.

Do you recall of any past experiences where you felt stuck up with anger

and made a positive change in your life?

Not so easy, right?

Do you recall of any past experiences where you felt happy and grateful

and made a positive change in your life?

That's easier, right?

Being grateful, will allow you to see the open doors to your better future.

So let's discover how to practice being more grateful.

Step 1: Create a gratitude sheet

Get an A4 sheet and draw a vertical line in the middle.

Or download a free template you can print out by clicking here.

Step 2: Columns

Divide your sheet in two columns.

  • Write: I AM GRATEFUL FOR (on the left)

  • Write: WHAT HAVE I LEARNED (on the right)

Step 3: Take note

Write the experiences you are grateful for and the lessons you've learned from them.

Start by filling out a new sheet of paper every day and compare the previous ones.

Gratitude provides us with a clearer perspective on our life.

We clear our minds from negative thinking and de-clutter when we concentrate on our blessings.

We now identify opportunities that we would not have recognised  in the past because of more clarity.

Gratitude fosters optimism and openness, which enables us to welcome change and development.

In conclusion, adopting the teachings of gratitude can have a significant influence on our lives.

By including gratitude in our goal-setting routines, we can improve our dedication and drive.

Expressing thankfulness for every advancement starts a chain reaction of self-encouragement.
