Habit Tracker (Monthly)

It can often seem impossible to create and sustain healthy habits in a digital world full of distractions.

Nonetheless, a single easy to use tool can greatly improve your path to personal development:

the monthly habit tracker.

This effective yet easy method gives you a clear visual overview of your progress and helps you stay accountable.

While there are many types of habit trackers you can use, in this example I'll share with you my personal favourite as entry level habit tracker.

This tracker is built to practice habits on a daily basis and is not bound on specific times or times you need to practice the habit. Simply because, all beginning is tough, and it's important to start small and work your way up!

How it works

Step 1

Download the free habit tracker template by clicking here.

Or visit Tools Section in Thinkark, to manually download the template yourself.

Step 2

Print out your template on a piece of paper.

It's also possible to keep it on your phone digitally, but in that case you will need to use a photo editing software to draw inside of the habit tracker.

Step 3

Write max 5 daily habits you want to develop on the horizontal lines.

Don't worry if you can't or don't want to develop 5 different habits, you can also start with just 1 at a time!

For example,

Step 4

Now actually start doing the habit every day and check a box every time you complete that day.

You'll notice there are 31 boxes (Max. 31 days in a month).

This way you'll see if you ever skipped a day and what habit needs the most attention/motivation to develop further!

Incorporating a monthly habit tracker into your routine can be a game-changer in your journey toward personal development.

By providing accountability, motivation, and clarity, this simple tool empowers you to cultivate positive habits and unlock your full potential.

Start tracking today, and watch as your small daily actions lead to significant transformations over time.
