To make any kind of progress, you first need to know where you're currently at.
Without keeping track it's easy to get lost.
Luckily, there's an easy technique I personally use for myself so I can identify what qualities I need to work on most of all.
It's really easy to use, you can download a free template by clicking here.
Or you can draw them yourself from the examples I'll explain below.
Step 1 | Identify
First, think of 4 qualities/skills you need or want to develop.
Step 2 | Write below your meters
Write each quality on a line below a quality meter.
Step 3 | Set date
Set the date of the day + the date one week from this day.
(You need to revisit your quality meters every week to take note of your progress.)
Step 4 | Track progress
Connect the lines on the level you're currently at with the different qualities.
Step 5 | Check your targets
Check the box next to the meter with your lowest level, this is the quality you need to work on first of all.
(revisit every week and make a new sheet of quality meters to compare with your older one.)
