Step 1 | Identify
First, think of 4 skills you want to develop.
Step 2 | Write below your meters
Write your skills on a line below a meter.
Step 3 | Set date
Set the dates.
(You need to revisit your quality meters every week to take note of your progress.)
Step 4 | Track progress
Connect the lines.
Take note of how good you are currently balanced with the written down skill.
Step 5 | Check your targets
Check the box above the meter with your least developed skill, this is the one you need to work on first.
(revisit every week and make a new sheet of quality meters to compare with your older one.)
