Quality Meters

If you don't keep track, you'll get lost.

There's an easy technique I use myself so I can identify what qualities I need to work on.

It's really easy to use,I've made it available for everyone;  download a free template by clicking here.

Or you can draw from the examples I'll explain below.

Step 1 | Identify

First, think of 4 skills you want to develop.

Step 2 | Write below your meters

Write your skills on a line below a meter.

Step 3 | Set date

Set the dates.

(You need to revisit your quality meters every week to take note of your progress.)

Step 4 | Track progress

Connect the lines.

Take note of how good you are currently balanced with the written down skill.

Step 5 | Check your targets

Check the box above the meter with your least developed skill, this is the one you need to work on first.

(revisit every week and make a new sheet of quality meters to compare with your older one.)
