This story is part of an old Greek Mythology legend.
Sisyphus was a clever king who loved outsmarting everyone. He constantly fooled the whole town and the gods with his tricks.

After cheating death twice, Zeus started to take notice and chose to punish Sisyphus.

But instead of just putting Sisyphus to rest.
Zeus had a better kind of punishment in mind.
Sisyphus was condemned to push a giant rock up a tall mountain.

With all his strength Sisyphus accepted his faith and started pushing the rock upwards.
He thought it would be an easy job...

After pushing the rock for a while, Sisyphus finally saw the top of the mountain.
But right before reaching the top of the mountain, the rock fell back down to the bottom...

Sisyphus needed to start all over again...
Zeus laughed, as this was only the first time the rock fell...
The punishment wasn't only pushing the rock once...
Sisyphus was condemned to do this FOREVER...

Moral of the story
Learn to embrace the struggle.
Life is not about the rock finally reaching the goal, but about you showing up every single day.
Find joy in the push...
