The wheel of life is an ancient technique used in many different forms to take note of your progress in multiple areas of your life.
The original wheel of life has its origins in India and ancient Buddhism.
How to use it
You can draw your own wheel of life, or you can download a free template from my Google Drive by clicking here.
Print the template on a piece of paper and you will be good to go!
Time
You can choose for yourself on what timeframes you revisit your wheel of life and take note of your progress.
My personal recommendation is to do a review / month.
For example
Step 1
Start by giving yourself a score, putting markers or dots on every value that's aligned with the lines.
If you feel that your (health) is really good, place a dot above close to the outer circle.
If you feel that your (health) is currently not good at all, place a dot below close to the inner circle.
If you feel that your (health) is around the average, place a dot in the middle.
Repeat this for every value on every line!
Step 2
Now it's time to connect the dots!
Step 3
Recognise where you there's room for improvement of certain values and get to work!
A perfect wheel of life should be as round as possible!
For example,
after a few months you should have a wheel of life close to something like this:
See it like an actual wheel
To move forward with your car, you should have perfectly round wheels!
It's the same with your life.
If you lack a balanced set of values you'll have a bumpy life!
