Small changes can lead to a significant transformation!

Today, I'm excited to share 10 changes I've made over the past two years that have significantly improved my life.
1. Set goals
Few years ago I never set any goals and I quickly found out how easily it is to get lost...
That's why I now set daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals.
2. Study your values
Few years ago I enjoyed draining my mind rather than feeding it.
Remaining in my comfort zone ultimately left me very depressed and empty.
That's why I now study what I love and enjoy to become more knowledgeable in the subjects.
3. Depth over velocity
Few years ago I tried to do as much as possible in limited time which left me very frustrated.
That's why I now work on quality over quantity.
4. Use scheduling tools
Few years ago I went with the flow of time.
Doing this made me procrastinate even more without any form of clarity.
That's why I now plan everything in advance and use technology to remind me of it.
5. Don't neglect what loves you
Few years ago I pushed more people away than I've let in.
I learned the hard way that life's too short...
That's why I now always pick up the phone when someone that loves me calls me.
6. Look in the eyes
Few years ago I was too insecure to hold eye contact with anyone.
Doing that I became even more introvert.
That's why I now always remain eye contact to gain more confidence and respect.
7. Dress your best
Few years ago I was too lazy and ignorant to wear decent clothes.
Doing that I became more insecure and lost respect from my environment.
That's why I now always dress my best so I actively contribute to myself and my environment.
8. Write by hand
Few years ago I wasn't writing anything.
Doing that I lost my sense of creativity and inner peace.
That's why I now write every day to empty my mind and gain more clarity within my ideas.
9. Shut out stutter words
Few years ago I wasn't paying any attention to how I talk.
Doing that made me less interesting to have a conversation with, which ultimately made me more insecure about my own personal spirit and contribution.
That's why I now take more time to think before I speak and shut out any stutter words like (uh,eh).
10. Practice mindful eating
Few years ago I wasn't grateful for the food I ate.
Doing that made me more greedy, unhealthy and impatient.
That's why I now always take a few seconds or minutes for a small prayer before I consume anything.
These were just the changes that significantly impacted my life personally.
Therefore I'm not implying they will positively impact yours.
I can only wish it might inspire and trigger you to start making some changes yourself.
Always remember:
Everyone has a different situation.
Different values.
Different passions.
Different goals.
It's up to you to start making the changes YOU REQUIRE.
