Step 1 Notepad and pen

Get a small notepad along with a pen you can carry with you.

Or use the notepad app or any other portable services.

Step 2 Warning and lesson

Divide your notepad or sheet of paper into 2 columns.

The left column represents a warning.

The right column represents the lesson learned. 

Step 3 | Take note

Take note of every obstacle you come across during the day and link it to a valuable lesson.
